Covid-19 Polite Policy Requests

• If you or anyone you have been in close contact with show symptoms of or has been confirmed with Covid-19 or have travelled in a red zone in the past 14 days please reschedule.
• Please confirm on receiving your reminder that all is well so that we may proceed with your treatment as planned.
• A full set of instructions will be sent to you by text/email 24 hours prior to your appointment to prepare you for the scheduled appointment. Please adhere to all points and take time to read this reminder in case there are updates to note and action.
• There will be no use of the powder room, we advise you to use your own facilities before you arrive for your treatment.
• Please arrive with your medical grade mask affixed correctly on your face prior to entering the building. You may purchase one on arrival for the sum of €1.00. This will be delivered on the doorstep for your arrival in a sealed pocket.
• You will greeted at the door in person. Your temperature will be taken (non intrusive) with your permission before going further into the building. Only then will you be directed to the treatment room or rescheduled depending on your temperature. 36.1 degrees Celsius to 37.2 degrees Celsius is an acceptable temperature reading.
• There is a sanitised box for your belongings on entering the treatment room.
• Please pay by card or Revolut wherever possible or place cash in a sealed clear envelope.
• Please present your valid Covid Certificate or negative PCR where possible at your discretion. At the premises we will be displaying ours for your benefit.
